Baby killed in UK car crash
A six-month-old baby girl was killed in a car crash, British police said today.
A Surrey police spokeswoman said: “The baby was a passenger in a grey Volkswagen Golf travelling with her parents when the car was in collision with a green Renault Laguna.
“All three were taken to hospital but the baby was pronounced dead on arrival.
“The adults were treated for injuries and shock.”
The male driver of the Laguna was also treated for his injuries but his female passenger and another baby in the car were unhurt, police said.
The accident happened at 3.15pm on Friday in Surrey.
