Grounded never takes off
Grounded is everybody's nightmare turned into a comedy … and not great a comedy at that.
Picture, if you will, a Stateside airport on the eve of Christmas. It's packed and it's snowed in.
Everybody is trapped and grounded. Five unaccompanied kids decide to spread Yuletide joy and fun by running wild, upsetting a harassed security man and his staff.
What jolly japes!
Christmas is difficult enough without this.
