Clonakilty-based company, SouthWestern, has won a contract to manage reservations for Poland’s largest hotel network.
The three-year, six-figure deal with Orbis Hotels, will be managed by the firm’s facility in Lodz in central Poland and supported by its Cork operations in Clonakilty and Bandon.
SouthWestern will provide reservation services in both English and Polish for Orbis clients who can book hotels in Poland and other European countries.
The company said: "The reservation services centre will operate seven days a week and there are plans to extend the service to cover the handling of emails, VIP clients and outbound calls."
Orbis, which offers more than 11,000 rooms in over 60 hotels located in Poland and Central Europe, operates under the Sofitel, Novotel, Mercure, IBIS and Etap brands.
It is majority owned by Accor, a major worldwide travel group.
