All-Ireland champions Tyrone will play their McKenna Cup fixture agianst UUJ under lights next Wednesday.

Ulster Council officials have confirmed that Mickey Harte's side will play the northern university outfit on January 21 which will mean the first competitive fixture of the year to be played under lights.

Cork have already agreed to play a string of NFL games at night time in Pairc Ui Rinn but so far none have been played after dark meaning Tyrone will, once again, set the benchmark.
