Twenty people have died after a small plane crashed on the Caribbean island of St Barts.

Twenty people have died after a small plane crashed on the Caribbean island of St Barts.

The light aircraft smashed into a house as it prepared to land, killing all 19 people on board and one person on the ground.

The passengers are thought to have been French tourists.
