Provisional dates have been agreed for the Appeal Board of the Jockey Club to hear Graham Bradley’s appeal against the finding of the disciplinary panel following their inquiry last month.
The two days that have been set aside for the hearing are January 14 and 21.
The former leading jump jockey was declared a disqualified person for eight years and fined after the Panel found him to be in breach of a number of Rules of Racing, including passing on privileged information in return for reward and for misleading the licensing committee with regard to his relationship with Brian Brendan Wright.
“We haven’t been able to find two days together but we wanted to hold it sooner rather than later, so they will be on two separate days,” said Jockey Club spokesman John Maxse.
