Money-spinning three-year-old New Seeker is all set to chase a hat-trick of big handicap successes at Ascot a week tomorrow.

Clive Cox’s imposing individual defied an unfavourable draw to land the Britannia Handicap at the Royal meeting, and followed up with an impressive success in the Tote International back at the Berkshire track.

The £75,000 (€107,000) Tote Trifecta Stakes is his next target, and all is well with the Elite Racing Club-owned colt, according to his trainer.

“New Seeker is on target for next Saturday and is in good form,” Cox said.

“We’re happy with his preparation going towards that.

“It would be nice to get another big winner for the Elite Racing Club.”
