Kylie to release Fever in North America

Kylie Minogue is to release her latest album Fever in North America on February 26.

Kylie Minogue is to release her latest album Fever in North America on February 26.

She has had eight chart LPs and 32 top 20 singles in the UK, but is not as well known in the US.

Only one of her albums and three singles have previously made the US charts.

She is best known there for her 1988 cover of The Locomotion, which reached number three, reports Billboard.

The North American version of Fever will include the same 12 songs as the British release.

Fever includes Can't Get You Out of My Head, which has reached number one in 17 countries and sold more than three million copies worldwide.

Kylie is thought to be planning to support the North American release with a tour sometime this year, but no dates have yet been confirmed.
