Robbie Williams feared he wouldn't be able to cope with the length of his current five-month tour when he hit the road seven weeks ago, but he now finds touring "easy".
The singer has little experience of long tours, and admits the prospect of his lengthy Close Encounters road show left him frightened. He only toured for, at the most, one month at a time when he was in Take That and in his solo career so far.
He also says he's had few opportunities to misbehave on his current tour, because his fame restricts him to partying inside his hotel room.
He would love to see more of the various cities he visits on his Close Encounters tour, but has had to live like a hermit for fear of being mobbed.
