Jonas blasts Bieber's 'animal behaviour'

Joe Jonas believes Justin Bieber's father is to blame for his recent "animal behaviour".

The former Jonas Brothers singer thinks the 20-year-old star's dad Jeremy is responsible for his legal troubles over the past year because he hasn't helped him with fame.

He explained: "I've had an easier route than most. The youngsters just turning 20, the Biebers of the world, are under a microscope. [Justin] is having a very tough time finding balance. I think we all saw it coming.

"Your dad is your party animal -- that's going to sum it up pretty quick. There's an equation for some sort of explosion."

The 'Beauty and A Beat' hitmaker is set to appear in court on May 5 after he was charged with driving under the influence (DUI), resisting arrest and driving without a valid license, all of which he has pleaded not guilty to.

Justin was driving a rented yellow Lamborghini when police stopped him for allegedly drag racing.

Toxicology test results later showed the singer had traces of marijuana and Xanax in his system at the time of the arrest.

He has also been charged with assaulting a limousine driver in Toronto, Canada, and is being investigated over the egging of a neighbour's house in Los Angeles.
