A British-born man who planned to kill children in a torture dungeon beneath his U.S. home has been sentenced to 27 years in prison.
40-year-old Geoffrey Portway who planned to rape, murder and eat children has confessed to plotting the crimes in Massachusetts.
Authorities have said they found a home-made coffin, butchering kit and other tools beneath his house.
