Irish interactive agency Webfactory has won two new contracts in the past week.
The company will develop 16 websites for participants in the Craft Council of Ireland (CCoI) "hands on" project and has also been appointed international information architect and design consultant to the Slovakian government.
The CCoI is the national design and economic development organization for the craft industry in Ireland.
The organisation wants its new websites to accommodate the diversity of experience and knowledge of its members to be able to use the new websites, so it has asked Webfactory to design them with a "hands on" approach.
Some of the sites will assist participants to develop brochureware or transactional sites for their own craft businesses and are due to be launched in September.
For the Slovakian government, Webfactory will guide the Slovak Ministry of Economy in the production of a number of new websites, which will promote the country to foreign investors considering investment into Slovakia.
