The US Defence Secretary has said no Casualty figures are yet available.

He said the figures would be "almost impossible to reach at this time but they will be made available as soon as possible."

Speaking at a press conference With the Defence Secretary, Senator John Warner described today's attack as America's most " tragic hour".
