Kerry booked their place in the Fourth Round of the All-Ireland qualifiers at Portlaoise today with consummate ease as they trounced Fermanagh by 17 points.
This game was as good as over inside the opening 10 minutes when Kerry struck for two early goals from Liam Hassett and talented newcomer Colm Cooper.
By half-time Kerry led by 2-5 to 0-2 and Fermanagh's hopes of regaining a foothold in the match were killed off early in the second half with a sequence of points from Dara Ó Cinnéide, Eoin Brosnan and substitute Johnny Crowley.
