Brook: Keeping on the move keeps me in shape
Kelly Brook hates dieting. The brunette beauty isn’t a big fan of working out but says keeping on the move constantly helps her stay in shape.
She said: “I don’t really like diets. When I was in New York I did loads of walking and running and I love Pilates but I don’t work out tons.”
Kelly, 31, also admitted she is pleased not to have had too many disasters on the red carpet.
She said: “I nearly arrived at one event with the security tag still on my dress. But I’ve never been snapped with hairy armpits or legs, touch wood!”
When she is away from showbiz events, the model-and-actress – who has previously dated rugby star Danny Cipriani, and actors Billy Zane and Jason Statham – loves to relax in her comfiest clothing, even if it is not very sexy.
She added: “I’ve got lots of not-very-sexy things, like Ugg boots and velour tracksuits. But no Spanx!”
