The Gaelic Football Qualifiers draw has again thrown up some interesting ties.

None more so then the repeat clash of Monaghan and Derry.

The two sides met in May in the Ulster quarter final in a game which Derry won by 3 points but it was remembered more for the amount of fouls committed and off the ball incidents.

Elsewhere, in a pick of the ties rivals Meath and Westmeath will meet at Cusack Park in Mullingar while Longford will welcome Kerry to Pearse Park as they hope for an upset.

ALL-IRELAND FOOTBALL ROUND 2 QUALIFIERS DRAW: Down v Laois, Monaghan v Derry, Longford v Kerry, Wexford v Roscommon, Tipperary v Sligo, Donegal v Clare, Westmeath v Meath, Wicklow v Cavan.
