Dessie Hamilton has been ratified as the third selector in Meath manager Eamonn Barry's backroom staff.
Hamilton, who currently manages the Royal county's junior footballers, is replacing Dunboyne clubman Andy McEntee, who resigned from his selector's post last month because of time constraints.
Benny Reddy, the senior team's coach and Under-21 manager, and former player Jody Devine have been operating as Barry's other selectors.
Hamilton previously coached his local Boardsmill club.
Meanwhile, corner forward Mairtin Doran, who scored five points in Meath's 0-18 to 1-11 O'Byrne Cup defeat of Westmeath last Sunday, has lodged a transfer request to the Meath County Committee.
Voted as Meath's Young Footballer of the Year in 2000, Doran is seeking to switch clubs from Ballivor to Trim.
