The Irish Rugby Football Union (IRFU) is seeking to fill the key position of performance manager for "age grade" rugby.
It is a new role identified by the IRFU for the development process of players in the age groups from school leaving to 21 years.
"The performance manager will be required to design, develop and implement plans, procedures, strategies and systems to ensure Ireland excels at under 18 youths and schools, under 19 Rugby World Cup and under 21 Six Nations and Rugby World Cup," said a spokesman for the IRFU.
