Connacht completed what was a very successful weekend for the Irish provincial sides with a comprehensive victory over Caerphilly at the Sports Grounds in Galway.

The Irish side outscored their opponents by 62 points to nil, racking up nine tries in the process.

Leading 17-0 at half-time, Connacht then went on the rampage after the break, including a second-half hat-trick from Wayne Munn.

The win means that Connacht have also booked their place in the quarter-final stages of the tournament where they will most likely face Leinster.
