A fundraising effort is launched tomorrow to open a permanent 'death cafe' in London.
It would be the world's first, although pop-up versions have been set up in 30 different countries.
One death cafe runs in Malvern in Worcestershire several times a month.
People have said they go there to share ideas or find comfort after the loss of a loved one.
“I wondered what it had to offer and it actually offered a lot. Support,” one man who attends said.
Another woman said she looks forward to going. “I look forward to coming, because of the subject matter, that fascinates me and I always get something out of it.”
