QUMAS records best year ever in 2001

Cork company QUMAS, a provider of enterprise compliance management solutions for regulated industries, has said that it has had its best year ever.

Cork company QUMAS, a provider of enterprise compliance management solutions for regulated industries, has said that it has had its best year ever.

CEO Paul Hands said: "QUMAS enjoys a healthy, on-going business. Since the beginning of 2001, we have increased corporate revenues 90% over our year 2000 performance.

"Our staff has doubled since 2000 with several new key executive appointments to help drive our overall strategy."

Key appointments during the year included a new Chief Technology Officer, Alan Weintraub, a former Gartner Research Director, and Kevin Fitzgerald, to serve as Vice President of European Sales.

QUMAS enterprise compliance management solutions are designed to help regulated industries ensure regulatory compliance, particularly in the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, and contract research industry sectors.
