It has been reported that the terminal has now re-opened.

The Port Authority bus terminal has been evacuated tonight in New York due to reports of a "suspicious package".
The PABT is experiencing delays due to police activities at Eighth Ave.

The entire station has been closed off as police assess the situation.
Witnesses are reporting helicopters are flying overhead.
