Glanbia to lay off 210 jobs in cost-cutting move
The food company Glanbia is set to lay off 210 workers as part of a cost-cutting plan for the coming year.
The firm says the lay-offs are part of a €16m rationalisation programme announced last month.
It says it hopes to achieve most of the job cuts via voluntary redundancy.
Fifty employees were also let go at the company's Citywest facility in Dublin last week.
