A special companion has missed out on his holiday after being left behind by his little owner at Cork Airport this morning.
A cuddly, soft teddy bear, in much loved condition, was found by staff in the passenger screening area at Cork Airport today and they put up a post to try and locate his owner.
The post created quite a conversation on Facebook, with over 500 people sharing the picture and a number of people commenting on the bear.
Apparently this is a teddy bear from a discontinued line in MotherCare that was available back in 2007, meaning you can no longer buy this type of bear in the shops.
Fours hours later, the staff said the teddy was now in ‘protective custody’ while waiting for his owner to come back.
The Cork Airport staff seemed to be minding him well, posting a picture of the bear sitting up at a work desk looking happy out on his little adventure.
We are sure his little owner will enjoy his holiday a lot more knowing his special friend is waiting safe and sound for him to come back and collect him.
What a nice deed by the Cork Airport staff to put up a picture of the lost teddy bear on their Facebook page.
Do you know who owns this little guy?
