Monaleen and Limerick star Muiris Gavin admits the prospect of facing the awesome Nemo Rangers in Sunday's Munster final has not fazed his colleagues.

"Nemo will pose no fear for us," he said.

"We'll respect them for what they are, the champions, but if you are going to learn, you have to learn from the best, and they don't come any better than Nemo."

Monaleen, on the outskirts of Limerick City, are huge outsiders but boss Ger Lawlor said: "I couldn't have asked for more from the players this year. Our defence has covered itself in glory in particular."
