Cole's ex Ashley 'bedded stewardess while wooing Cheryl'

Cheryl Cole's ex-husband allegedly slept with an air stewardess while he was trying to win back his former wife.

Soccer player Ashley - who has reportedly convinced the Girls Aloud star to give their relationship another go, despite cheating on her with several women during their four-year marriage - is said to have bedded brunette beauty Kerry Meades in Los Angeles last month, just days before he flew back to the UK to seal his reunion with Cheryl at her 28th birthday party.

Kerry claims she slept with Ashley - who she first met in 2004 - on two occasions while they were both in Los Angeles and said he didn't show any signs of wanting his former spouse back.

She told the Sunday Mirror newspaper: "The whole time I was with him, he acted like a single man. When he cut off contact with me, I knew I had been dumped. It made me feel used and dirty, like I was a piece of meat.

"I don't think Ashley has any idea how to be faithful to a woman and I am certain that he will never change. I thought he was serious about me and I definitely have feelings for him. Now I see he was getting back with Cheryl the whole time we were together. I wouldn't want to be his girlfriend, because there is no way I would ever be able to trust him. I feel sorry for Cheryl. I would leave him now before it is too late."

Although they are yet to publicly confirm anything, it is thought Cheryl and Ashley are back together and he is considering proposing again before they start a family together.
