Jonah Hill has become involved in a twitter war with a TV anchor who claimed he snubbed him.

CNN’s Don Lemon claimed the ‘Moneyball’ actor brushed him off when he tried to say hello to him in a hotel and after he took to twitter to complain, Jonah angrily reacted leading to a public spat.

Don wrote: “Said hi to @jonahhill in hotel. Think he thought I was bellman. Didn’t know his name til bellman told me. A lesson to always be kind (sic).”

In another tweet, he said the ’21 Jump Street’ actor “was a tool”.

Jonah responded: “I said hi what do you want me to do move in with you? I was in a hurry.

“Didn’t realize you were w 12 year old girl. Peace (sic).”

A furious Don couldn’t let the incident go and quickly fired back a reply, calling the actor “rude”.

He wrote: “You’re not my type. But I know rude and u were.

“The bellman and I laughed at how self-important you were. Just being honest. Be nice. Stardom is fleeting (sic).”

The twitter exchange continued with Jonah giving more details of the incident.

He tweeted: “I walked out of the restroom and found you waiting for me. Shook hands, said hi and was on my way. Sorry if you found that rude.”

Jonah has now deleted all of his tweets while only two of Don’s remain.
