Nebraska mother-of-four, Molly Schyuler may only be 5-foot-7 and weigh 125 pounds but, man, can she eat.
The Big Texan Steak Ranch in Amarillo, Texas is home to the famed 72-ounce steak challenge - you get your meal for free if you eat the entire steak in under an hour. You must also eat the side orders that include a baked potato, shrimp, a salad and a bread roll.
Molly completed the challenge, eating the steak and sides in just four minutes and 58 seconds. To put that in perspective, the average steak served in a restaurant would usually be about eight or 10 ounces.
Not only did Molly almost halve the previous record of 8 minutes and 52 seconds, she then went on to eat ANOTHER 72 ounce steak straight after, this time in just under 10 minutes. So that's four kilograms of steak plus sides.

Molly, while only a slip of a thing, is a professional competitive eater. Yes, that's a real job.
She has previously set the world record for eating a similiar sized steak in under three minutes and in January, she won the 'Wing Bowl', eating 363 chicken wings in 30 minutes.
That's impressive. A bit gross maybe, but impressive.
