VIDEO: So Robert how did you get on?

Back in April we brought you this video of a mother at her wits end with her son Robert who just wouldn't study for his Irish oral.

VIDEO: So Robert how did you get on?

This video entitled, "F**ked For The Irish Oral Then!" became an internet sensation back in April.

It resonated with so many leaving cert students around the country whose mothers were trying their best to get them over the final hurdle.

"It's so f**king easy Robert come on," says Robert's mother in exasperation when trying to advise him of the importance of the Irish oral.

When she doesn't seem to be getting anywhere with this she stresses that time is running out.

"Do you realise it's only six weeks, six f**king weeks, it's only one week to your oral!"

Robert's promise to study didn't do much to convince his mother, "You'll study won't ya looking at Sims!"

"It wasn't looking at Sims I was on Facebook, Twitter actually," was his response.

The scene where Roibeard's mother starts speaking to him 'as gaeilge' is so typical of a battle between a mother and her son who is doing his leaving cert.

So Robert please let us know how you got on, and most importantly if your Mam can relax now that it is all over?

We are not the only people that would like to hear from the leaving cert student.

Over 85,000 people have liked a Facebook page dedicated to Robert, his Mam and their viral video.

People have been posting their well wishes on the page, 'What does Robert get in his Irish leaving cert?', in the hope that he made his mother proud.
