For anyone who is getting a bit tired of 'Uptown Funk' by Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars but doesn’t quite want to give it up yet, this video is for you.
Alex Boyé and a group of sharply-dressed older gentlemen - ranging in age from 65 to 92 - recreated the video and the song that has been worming its way into everyone's ears for the last few months. You might also notice the “Golden Girls dance troupe ” - also known as The Dancing Grandmas.
They're all unbelievably cool.
The video was filmed filmed in the city of Provo, Utah. Boyé, 44, is of Nigerian descent and has been a Mormon since his teens - hence the change of lyric from 'liquor' to 'Kool-aid'.
