Son plays leek-y trick on mammy

Sometimes, the simple ones are the best.

Son plays leek-y trick on mammy

Ciarán McKenna got in touch with us over facebook to share a little joke he played on his ma.

It goes like this - Ciarán yells to his ma there’s a “huge leak in the bathroom. C’mere, quick!”.

She rushes in, expecting water, burst pipes, dripping ceilings and god knows what.

Instead Ciarán presents her with - a massive leek in the bathroom.

Mammy McKenna takes a moment while the penny drops and then laughs out loud, good sport that she is. She’s also pretty relieved.

(We have a suspicion too this MAY not be Ciarán’s first practical joke.)

Thanks Ciarán!
