Storm Desmond is sure to have broken many things in Ireland, but it has just made RTE's Teresa Mannion into Ireland's new folk hero.
The poor woman was reporting on Storm Desmond from Galway, and the conditions were, well, atrocious.

As you can see, she ploughed on despite the horrific wind and rain and instantly became a legend on Twitter.
