Ken Bone has launched a YouTube channel called The Bone Zone after his appearance on the second presidential debate made him an online sensation.
“I was the guy from the second presidential debate in the red sweater.” As if you had to tell us Mr Bone.
His first video is called: Who is Ken Bone.
He’s married, has a 13-year-old son and went to community college.
He details his life up to now, and even skips seven years as he says it was boring.
One of us! One of us!
He talks about how he ended up at the second presidential debate and how the day went from his perspective.
He tells us of his olive suit which he had planned to wear but had “gotten too fat for” and so he donned the red sweater.
Bone thinks people fell in love with “the sweater, then the moustache, then me.”
He tells us about the calls and messages that started to pour in after the debate and how surreal it all was.
He says “people wanted to hear from a regular dude”.
His story is long but a fascinating look into what happens when someone goes viral.
