Eye-opening documentary ‘I Am Immigrant’ definitely struck a chord with the nation last night as the Twittersphere heated up with strong opinions from all sides.
The documentary followed a number of people who experience casual racisim on a daily basis and struggle to idenitify their place in modern Irish society.
The program caught a number of extremely hard-to-watch moments including violence on the Luas and riots in Dublin.
For anyone who missed it you can catch it on the
RTÉ Player
Here is what the online conversation looked like last night.

Catching up on #IAmImmigrant, so impressed by Adam's grace and tolerance in face of ignorance. A brilliant representative of his community.
