Chocolate maker Thorntons says a fall in orders from two supermarkets, and recent warehouse problems, have caused a 10% dip in profits.
It made £6.5m before tax in the six months to January 10.
The company has not named the supermarkets - but is becoming more reliant on supplying them, rather than its traditional high-street stores.
