Monitor shows fall off in numbers seeking professional roles

The number of people seeking professional jobs in Ireland is down 24% since last year.

The latest Morgan McKinley monitor for Feburary also reveals that such job vacancies are up 4% year-on-year.

Karen O' Flaherty, Chief Operations Officer with Morgan McKinley, says there has been a significant rise in demand for people working in the insurance sector.
