Irish eBooks company has today announced that it is extending its eBook distribution service, ePubDirect.com, to the UK market, in response to rising demand.
DirecteBooks.com's book management service allows publishers to sell their eBooks in more than 65 online retailers worldwide with one single upload.
ePub Direct handles all aspects of eBook management including distribution, administration and billing for a monthly fee.
The publisher’s ebook catalogue is then stored securely online and can be accessed at any time for sales reports, marketing statistics and the addition of new titles.
"We are thrilled there is such a demand for this product both in Ireland and in the UK. It’s great that a small company based in Cork can solve a problem for small to large publishers alike, both at home and abroad," said CEO and founder of ePub Direct Gareth Cuddy.
"This will allow us to grow our team further, creating further employment and securing DirecteBooks as the knowledge leader in this sector.
"Concentrating on the UK & Irish markets, Directebooks have agreements with a number of independent publishers and are confident the UK market will follow suit."
Directebooks has been operating in the Irish market for 18 months.
