Teenager lists assault details against Jackson
The exact allegations made by a teenage boy against Michael Jackson were revealed for the first time today.
The young cancer survivor told private court hearings how the 46-year-old Thriller star molested him as they lay on Jackson’s bed at Neverland.
Transcripts of the evidence, given to a California Grand Jury last year, were obtained by ABC News.
“We were laying on the bed and he [Jackson] told me that men have to masturbate,” the boy told the court.
“He told me that he wanted to teach me [to masturbate].
“So we were laying in the bed, and then he started rubbing me.
“He put his hand down my pants and he started rubbing me ... my private area ... he was masturbating me.” The prosecutor asked him: “Did you look over to see his eyes at any time?”
Answer: “Yes.”
“What did you see?” the prosecutor continued.
“His eyes were like squinching really tight,” the boy said.
In the US courts system, a Grand Jury reviews the evidence and decides whether the accused should be indicted.
The jury in the Jackson case returned an indictment in April last year.
The indictment includes four counts of lewd acts involving a minor child, one count involving an attempted lewd act upon a child and four counts of administering an intoxicating agent.
Jackson has pleaded not guilty and called the accusations a “big lie”. The selection of a trial jury will begin on January 31.
The prosecutor asked: “Did you ever talk to Mr Jackson about those occasions where he masturbated you?”
Accuser: “No.”
Prosecutor: “Did he say anything to you when he was masturbating you?”
Accuser: “No.”
Then the prosecutor said: “I’m going to ask you a very difficult question. Did you at any time touch Mr Jackson?”
“No. He he wanted me to, but I didn’t. I said no and I pulled my hand away,” the boy said.
The boy was also asked about claims that Jackson gave him alcohol.
He said he told the pop star that drinking was dangerous because he has only one kidney after battling cancer.
“But he would just say, ’it’s OK.’ And he would just keep on telling me to drink,” he said.
The teenager’s younger brother also gave evidence to the Grand Jury, backing up the claims that Jacko gave his accuser liquor.
He also claimed that Jacko made sexually explicit crank calls from his private jet when they were in the air.
“He picked up the phone and he started dialling. And I guess somebody picked up and he’s like... ’We’re having a consensus,’ or something, ’And we just want to know how big your [female genitalia] is.’ And then he hung up the phone.”
The younger boy told of another occasion when a naked Jackson confronted them at his ranch.
The prosecutor asked: “Did you see Michael walk into the room while you were watching the movie?
Boy: “Yes.”
Prosecutor: “How was he dressed?”
Boy: “He was nude... he started to tell us it was natural... it’s just normal.” Prosecutor: “Could you tell whether or not his penis was erect?”
Boy: “It was. It was.” The court also heard about an elaborate security system on Jackson’s bedroom door.
“There’s a bell. There’s a sensor. There’s seven locks,” the boy said.
Lawyers for Jackson were unable to comment on the new reports, due to a court gag order.
