An explosion has gone off in a car near a bus in Tel Aviv, Israeli police say.

An explosion has gone off in a car near a bus in Tel Aviv, Israeli police say.

Rescue services said first reports indicated seven to 10 people were injured.

Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld said he believed the explosion was criminally motivated, though he could not definitively rule out that it was political violence.
