Montenegro set to move step closer to EU membership
EU ministers look set to endorse Montenegro as a candidate for membership in the next round of enlargement.
Of the eight states of the Western Balkans, only Slovenia is a member of the European Union.
The final decision will be made at a heads of State meeting in Brussels later this week.
