A group of injured servicemen and women have been welcomed to Buckingham Palace by Prince Harry, after a 1,000 mile trek across Britain.
They began in north-east Scotland in August, in support of Walking With The Wounded, which helps injured veterans back into employment.
Former commander Stewart Hill suffered a brain injury while serving and was among six men and women on the walk.
“The walk has been an experience of great fun, of enjoyment, of monotony," Mr Hill said.
"But overriding all of that is actually the generosity of people, and the spirits, it hasn’t happened everyday but when it has happened, it is just heartwarming, it’s lovely."
