The victims in a double murder case in Hong Kong for which a British bank worker has been charged have been identified as Indonesian women, officials said.
Indonesian Consulate spokesman Sam Aryadi said they had been identified as 29-year-old Seneng Mujiasih, from the city of Muna on Sulawesi island, and Sumarti Ningsih, from central Java.
Hong Kong police have charged Rurik George Caton Jutting with killing the two women.
The 29-year-old has yet to enter a plea.
Police said Jutting took officers to his apartment early on Saturday where they found the bodies.
Mr Aryadi said Ms Mujiasih had overstayed her domestic worker visa.
Jutting is a Cambridge-educated investment banker who had been employed at Bank of America Merrill Lynch until recently.
He moved to Hong Kong from London in July last year and is understood to have quit his highly paid job in the last few days.
