Hillary Clinton blames Arafat for violence
Hillary Clinton has visited the site of a suicide bombing in Jerusalem and blamed Yasser Arafat for the recent violence.
Senator Clinton was in the Sbarro pizza restaurant where 15 people were killed in August.
She is on a two-day trip to Israel.
She said: "Wherever terrorism strikes, that's ground zero."
She said terrorists must be punished in both the United States and the Middle East.
"Yasser Arafat bears the responsibility for the violence that has occurred, it rests on his shoulders. Even today he could do more to end the terrorism," Mrs Clinton said.
