The European Council President says he is much more optimistic that agreement can be found with Britain on EU reforms.

Earlier Donald Tusk claimed that the British Prime Minister David Cameron's demands on migrant benefits were 'unacceptable'.

The British prime minister wants restrictions on the ability of other EU citizens to claim welfare within four years of moving.

However after a night of negotiations there appear to be signs of movement.
