Eighteen people have been killed by a car bomb in Baghdad.

A vehicle detonated killing 18 Shia Muslim pilgrims.

45 people were also wounded when the car, which was parked in the Say-di-yah neighbourhood, blew up after midday.

Islamic State have claimed it was behind the bombing.
