A suicide bombing in Iran's south east has killed at least 20 elite Revolutionary Guard personnel and wounded 20, according to a state-run news agency.
The Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) reported the toll in the bombing in Sistan and Baluchistan province.
The news agency reported that a bus carrying a number of Islamic Republic Revolution Guard personnel was blown up in the Chanali area of Khash-Zahedan road.
The province, which lies on a major opium trafficking route, has seen occasional clashes between Iranian forces and Baluch separatists, as well as drug traffickers.
The site stated that no person or group has claimed responsibility for the terrorist act as of yet.
