Livingston have avoided relegation from the Bank of Scotland Premier League and escaped with a nominal fine for the controversial signing of Hassan Kachloul in March.
The Scottish Premier League board met again at Hampden Park this afternoon to discuss the case after the original meeting was adjourned last week to wait for more information.
