Cronin and Ofisa to start for Connacht

Connacht coach Eric Elwood has named his side for tomorrow evening’s Magners League game against the Glasgow Warriors at the Sportsground in Galway, kick-off 7pm.

Hooker Sean Cronin returns from International duty and replaces former London Irish number two Adrian Flavin while Ray Ofisa starts at number eight ahead of Mike McComish.

The back-line remains unchanged, from last weekend’s victory over the Scarlets, with Troy Nathan and Niva Ta’auso making up the centre partnership and Fionn Carr, Brian Tuohy and Gavin Duffy completing the back three.

Ex-Wasps flanker Johnny O’Connor continues to lead the side from the backrow while Jamie Hagan, who is expected to sign for Leinster in the coming weeks, will pack down in the frontrow with Cronin and Brett Wilkinson.
