Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz are, at last, both in Las Vegas and set to do it all over again, writes Stephen Barry.

Between the Olympics, boxing scandals, Pat Hickey, All-Ireland semi-finals and the new football season, the UFC 202 rematch has had more competition for attention in Ireland than for UFC 196 or the postponed UFC 200 fight.

However their press conference run-ins have tended to amp up the pre-fight hype, so expect plenty of verbal punches from 9pm on...

McGregor is seeking revenge for his loss to Diaz last March, who came in as a late replacement in the welterweight bout before securing a round two submission.

But we'll have to wait until Saturday for the answer to the big question: Can McGregor avenge his only defeat since 2010?
