Ireland's Paul McGinley has started well on the first day of the Volvo PGA Championship at Wentworth.

McGinley is in the clubhouse on six under, two shots off leader Angel Cabrera of Argentina, who has one hole remaining.

Dubliner Padraig Harrington is also well-placed in fifth on three under with two holes left to play.

Of the remaining Irish, Damian McGrane is joint 31st on par after eight, with Eamon Darcy is way back in 52nd on one over after seven.
